This policy explains what personal data MaBe Labs collects through this website and when you work with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have under the GDPR.

02What we collect
When you book a call or email us: your name, email address, company, and whatever you choose to tell us about your project.
When you browse the site: basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) logged by our hosting provider and, only with your consent, privacy-friendly analytics.
03Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare an estimate (steps prior to a contract). To deliver and invoice work under a contract. To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
04How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Client and invoicing records are kept for 11 years, as required by Croatian accounting law.
05Who we share it with
Hosting, email and accounting providers acting on our instructions, all bound by data processing agreements. Where data leaves the EU, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
06Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@mabelabs.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
